INGLE FARM'S 2008 COMMITTEE
15 / 11 / 2007
Ingle Farm Soccer Club last night held its 2007 AGM where it voted in the club's 2008 committee.
Jason Walker will again be President of the club for a second term, Anthony Martini remains as Vice Chairman, Paul Hurst once again is Treasurer, Robbie Bell moves into the Secretary role, Jason Ogdon comes into the committee for the first time - overseeing Entertainment, while Paul Lenny rejoins the committee as Equipment Officer.
Ideally the club would also like to see somebody take on the role as Football Operations Manager - duties would include to work closely with Head Coach Paul Simpson, oversee match day duties on the park for all teams and report to committee with player problems / issues and suggestions.
Financially the club had a successful season off the park, returning a healthy profit for the 5th straight season. Big well done to tireless treasurer Paul Hurst who continues to do a terrific job of overseeing the club finances.
The AGM was a positive meeting with several good suggestions coming from the floor.
Also well done to those who have pledged their support for 2008 forming part of a strong network of volunteers including Julie-Ann Simpson, Robbie Paterson, Ted Beck, Lorraine Cockayne, Wayne Cockayne, Ron Sparks, Pop Newton, George Mulvaney, Jamie McGowan, Gerry Mclaughlin, Lee Perkins, Jaquie Pomery, Paul Brown, Vinnie Evans, Lee Martindale, Ricky Simpson, Chris Ennis, Dave Ennis and Andy Lynn. It is people like these that will make the task an easier one for the 2008 committee. Your support is most appreciated.
